1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Witness Classic.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  • Email us at ceo@witnessclassic.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Items must be shipped back using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
